Annual General Meeting

The Full Agenda will be published before the meeting, however, nominations are required for official positions. All the existing committee members intend to stay in their current positions. The Current chairman of the club , John McKay, will be resigning as chairman of the club and nominations for his replacement will be required in writing to Ian Rowley (iannrow1@gmail.com) by 5pm on 12/01/24.
I have been chairman of the club now for 10years, which I think is long enough for anyone. I’ve always believed that a chairman needs to stay in touch with the members by leading and attending walks and social events. Due to ill health I am no longer able to do this. I will be prepared to continue as the Webmaster until a suitable replacement is fully trained
