Arthurs Pike from Roehead

This is a repeat of the xmas lunch walk a couple of years ago. The snow was down and it was a cracking morning with some great views across Ullswater, so lets hope for the same. Plenty of free parking at Roehead with a steady climb up to Arthurs Pike and back again. Good paths and plenty of time for coffee and mince pies on the top. An easy walk to set you up for Christmas Lunch.

Dalemain - Stainton - Dacre

5 Miles Grade 4

We set off from Dalemain go north to Stainton

then west to Dacre, perhaps some light refreshment

at Dacre if the pub is open. We turn east and make

our way back to Dalemain and then it's off to

The Queen Inn.

A nice gentle walk followed by a lovely lunch
