HONISTER VIA FERRATA XTREME.
The date for this event is now confirmed as Saturday the 29th of July. It is not practical for me to collect the money to pay, its easy to book on line. Just go onto their Website, if I can do it anyone can. You need to book the 12noon session for the VIA FERRATA XTREME. The event lasts about 3 and a half hours, so we will probably leave Carlisle (unless you wish to meet there) about 10am. There are 12 places if you get it booked in the next couple of days. Five of us have already booked and I think there is one more possibly booking as I write, so we are already down to six places left. This event is starting to prove more popular than I thought, proving to me that there are a great number of Head Cases in the club, so, if you are interested get it booked before you miss out.
If you go on line and find the time is fully booked we might have a get out of jail free card. Ring Honister on 01768777230. I spoke to them and they said as we are a group booking if the numbers go over 12 they might consider putting on an extra member of staff to guide the walk(its not a walk really) so we can have an extended group. There is no guarantee for this but could be worth a go should you have problems. My advice would be, just get booked asap.
