B Walk: Hawick Viewpoints and Surrounding Area - Leader: John McKay - 8 Miles Grade 3

C Walk: Denholm to Hawick - Leader: Anne Halliday - 6 Miles Grade 4

Walks Followed by Dinner at

Starters

(A)   Chefs Homemade Soup of the Day – Served with warm crusty bread.

(B)   Haggis Bon Bons – Crispy coated Haggis served on dressed salad leaves with tomato and red pepper chutney

(C)   Prawn Cocktail - Homemade Prawn Cocktail– Succulent prawns,homemade Marie Rose sauce, with crisp leaves

Mains

(A)   Roast Pork – Slow roasted Pork Loin, served with Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes,

seasonal vegetables, Apple sauce and gravy

(B)   Grilled Chicken with Peppercorn Sauce, served with hand cut chips & seasonal vegetables,

(C)   Tortellini Fromagio – 3 cheese pasta with rich and spicy and herb sauce served with garlic bread

hand cut chips, Lemon and tartar sauce.
